Refund Policy

1. Cancellations

• Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

• Sessions cancelled with sufficient notice will be rescheduled at no cost.

2. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued only for sessions that are cancelled in advance and not rescheduled.

• No refunds for missed sessions without notice.

3. Packages

• If a session package is purchased, unused sessions may be refunded (minus any used sessions at full rate).
